Refund and Returns Policy

We want you happy with your order. Almost every problem over the years has been sorted out with a quick email, so please contact Tom first. Most issues never need a return.

Returns

You can return items within 45 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Please email us before sending anything back so we know it is coming.

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item was defective, damaged in shipping, or we sent the wrong thing. In those cases we cover it.

Defective or damaged items

If something arrives defective or damaged, email us (a photo helps). We will send a replacement or a refund, your choice.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method and email you when it is done. The original shipping charge is not refunded unless the problem was our mistake. Your bank may take a few days to show the refund; if you do not see it, email us.
